Thank you for shopping at Curio Market! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward return process to make things right.

1. Return Period

You may return most items within 15 days from the date of delivery. This policy applies only if the items meet our return conditions.

2. Conditions for Return

For a return to be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

• Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, perfumes).
• Gift cards.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
• Any custom-made or personalized products.

4. How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your account on our website and navigate to the "My Orders" section.
2. Select the order you wish to return and click the "Request a Return" button.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to get a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
4. Securely pack the item and include the RAN on the outside of the package.
5. Ship the package to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error on our part.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
